We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
Free Shipping (EMS)
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain restricted Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pets to be completely happy with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:
Return Policy Overview
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Biscuits, Cookies & Crunchy Treats
- Bath & Shower Supplies
- Any opened pet food products
All other products in our Accessories, Apparel, Beds, and Bowls & Feeders categories are eligible for return.

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with all original packaging materials and ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark international packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- International refunds will be issued in USD and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account
