Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Biscuits, Cookies & Crunchy Treats, Bath & Shower Supplies, or any opened pet food products. All other products in our Accessories, Apparel, Beds, Bowls & Feeders categories are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt.
Our Return Policy
- Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include all original packaging materials. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
