How do I choose the right size for pet apparel or beds?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For apparel, measure your pet’s neck, chest, and length. For beds, measure your pet when they’re in their favorite sleeping position. When in doubt, size up for comfort!
Are your products safe for all pets?
We carefully select products that meet safety standards, but we recommend supervising your pet with new items, especially toys. Always check product descriptions for age/size recommendations and material information if your pet has allergies.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other regions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx: $12.95, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping via EMS: FREE on orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep using the provided tracking number.
When should I order seasonal items?
For holiday apparel, summer cooling mats, or other seasonal items, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before you need them to account for possible carrier delays during peak seasons.

Are there any additional fees?
The price you see is what you pay, except for Standard Shipping ($12.95) if your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping. We don’t charge hidden fees. However, international customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If your pet isn’t completely satisfied with their new item, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to arrange your return.
What items can be returned?
Most items in new, unused condition with original packaging can be returned. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food/treats or used grooming products.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
